Greg Palmieri, BS
Business Manager

As a Penn State University graduate, Greg has been with the group since 1989 and helped in the start-up of its joint venture imaging center- Lehigh Valley Diagnostic Imaging. He brought a medical management background in a variety of specialties including radiology.

Greg has served as the President of the Pennsylvania Radiology Practice Managers Association as well as Eastern Regional Director of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) which has enabled him to build a more global perspective and develop a great network of fellow managers. This has allowed application of innovative ideas and kept our group on the forefront of radiology group management, billing and marketing.

Greg is a strong leader. He is an able manager and facilitator and the right person to lead our group's management team and staff.

George Gavalla MBA, RT(R)
Director of Operations

George is an experienced manager in radiology with 20 years background in Angio, MRI, O.R. and general radiology. George brings hands on experience to his management. He has been with LVDI since 2001. He is Director of Operations for LVDI and Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley. George has received his MBA from DeSales University.

Lisa Ficarro RT(R)(M)(BD)
Office Manager/Chief Technologist , LVDI

Lisa has 24 years of radiology experience and has been a staff member of LVDI since 1991. She is certified in mammography and bone density and oversees day to day operations at LVDI Allentown, Hamburg office, and Bethlehem Township. Lisa.Ficarro@lvh.com
